Here you can find by car, by bike or on foot beautiful rides with breathtaking vistas, deep gorges, fast flowing rivers, delightful old villages, ancient ruins and castles are worth a visit.
In Anduze find the steam train that takes you along its route through the beautiful Cevennes to St. Jean du Gard argues.
The many small beautiful touristic places like Anduze, Vezenobres, Lasalle, Sauve, Sommières or Uzès where every week of that real cozy markets are held.
Olives pelardonnetjes (Cevennes goat cheese), the best herbs to name but a few specialties of the region to mention.

The region is also known for its many poterieen. A very famous is the poterie de la Madeleine, which is 5 minutes away from the campsite bevindt.
Ook there are regular flea (junk) markets and 'vide grenier'! (= 'Emptying attics) where you often can get away very special trinkets.
Nearby Cities with a rich history, but also excellent for shopping: Nimes, Avignon, Arles, Montpellier.
Nimes with its Roman past (arena), Avignon, with its half-bridge and pause palace (and the street!), Because of Provence and Arles and Montpellier van Gogh, a great combination of old and new architecture.
The region also has many museums, the best known is the Musee du Desert, about the struggle of Protestantism.
